ELS Lights not flashing

Featured Replies

I just installed costal callouts and continue to load it into the game with lspdfr loaded as well. Before I installed costal callouts els was working just fine. Now when I load into the game all police lights are on but not flashing. I have tried reinstalling ELS files. I have also tried the ASI manager uninstall method but nothing has worked. I even tried to change all the cars I have loaded into the game and nothing has changed.
