    I even tried not to load costal callouts in the game with everything else and it still hasnt worked

    I just installed costal callouts and continue to load it into the game with lspdfr loaded as well. Before I installed costal callouts els was working just fine. Now when I load into the game all police lights are on but not flashing. I have tried reinstalling ELS files. I have also tried the ASI manager uninstall method but nothing has worked. I even tried to change all the cars I have loaded into the game and nothing has changed. also the J K L buttons not controlling lights/siren. When I press E the rear break lights start flashing

    hey everyone I am new to this lspdfr stuff and after the update my rage hook plugin and rockstar game launcher both have not been working. also weirdly enough my mods folder has been completely deleted. Anyone know how I should fix this
