I've had an issue with my history page not loading thumbnails for about a month hoping I could figure it out but, regular files show up fine just my history page wont load any of them. 

I used different browsers to see if it would be solved but every time, I log into my account the same thing happens.

It's a bug on our side, but hasn't been fixed yet.

It's not urgent (just click the file), and there are things which are much higher on our priority list, so yeah. It's not fixed yet.
