I'm wanting to get into creating skins for cars (I understand it's not going to be easy)

 

What I need is just somthing to get me started I.e what program(s) to use.

 

and somthing to give me a basic idea of how to do it.

quick question where do I find the templates. I.e where would I find the FBI car template?
