This is the model. I used a British texture meant for another crown vic of the same model of which I can't recall unfortunately. I changed the light bar to all blue.

matt6950 reacted to AlconH in Does LCPD FR work withNope it doesn't....
You know you can have two seperate copies of GTA installed at once? You can copy the "Grand Theft Auto IV" folder and Rename it to something else, and it will work as a seperate installation? Then you can have one with LCPDFR and one with IV SA.

matt6950 reacted to Francis in Better Siren ControlHence my point: Change the ELS siren key to something else. When you hit G, the wail from ELS goes on but immediately, the real GTA siren goes on (NOT THE WANTED EFFECT). If you hold G, then the ELS sirens will cycle like crazy making weird noises indeed, but the original siren will not be turned on.
When you have a different key, you hit it once for WAIL, then again for YELP and then again for HYPERYELP/PHASER. Another hit closes it. G is still the GTA key for the horn with the real siren (effect as drivers pull over as well).

matt6950 reacted to PO190 in Better Siren ControlYES! That's it. That is exactly what I was looking for. I really like the way it works now. You are all the best thanks for your support.

matt6950 reacted to Iconography in Better Siren ControlTry setting this in your ELS.ini file:
ToggleSirens = 82 // G by default
82 means it will be the "R" key that will turn on various different settings, such as Wail, and Yelp. Refer to the codes at the bottom to pick the key that would work best.
Not sure if that helped, but feel free to ask more questions.

matt6950 reacted to Sam in lcpdfr.com sucksI asI don't see your problem, you came on the forum, you asked to be a moderator, and it didn't go so well. Be happy that we at least allow you the freedom to make silly posts like you do, why don't you go over to www.invisionpower.com and ask to be a moderator, and then when you get ridiculed by the community, why not post an "Invision Power Services sucksI as" topic, and see how many minutes it takes you to get banned?

matt6950 reacted to Sam in You Think I careI would ban you, but you're providing too much comedic entertainment at the moment. I need to sell the rights to this to some network executives.

matt6950 reacted to NickieB in Why I decided from using ELS from now on.I think that ELS makes the LCPD:FR experience what it is. Personally I could care less about bullet holes or broken glass. I'd rather have my lightbar flashing like a rave while I'm chasing after a suspect. Although it is somewhat unstable (V6) I think ELS is awesome. I've never used the normal IV light system and never will. I agree 100% with Nutt and that ELS could be better but I'll take it any day over the normal white/red rotatory lights. I still drive with caution when responding or chasing. ELS doesnt make me drive like a mad man and crash into everything. I get more of a thrill with ELS
