The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can only shoot when in first person

So my problem is that a can't shoot a rifle or shotgun in 3rd person. I can only shoot in first, which is kind of annoying sometimes

Yeah I figured it out for my particular issue. For me it was a gun audio mod I installed. Guess it was causing some issues. I switched to a different gun audio mod and it fixed all the problems I had with not being able to shoot in third person.
