    Yeah I figured it out for my particular issue. For me it was a gun audio mod I installed. Guess it was causing some issues. I switched to a different gun audio mod and it fixed all the problems I had with not being able to shoot in third person.

    Did you ever figure out what it was? I'm having the same issue. Particularly with the carbine rifle. There may be more than that though.

    I don't mean to be nit picky. But the Wail has a really annoying audio imperfection at the end of it, and whilst on it's own may not be that big of a deal, when you loop it, it really shows and makes it really irritating to listen to. It's a shame because i thought this pack was going to be the one, but then when i really listened to the wail, i heard that imperfection, and went to a flat out no.

  6. (ELS) AI don't turn off sirens after pursuits.

    I'm using ELS, and whenever i'm in a pursuit, and the pursuit ends, the sirens of AI that were involved in the pursuit have their sirens stuck on. I can't go in an stop the sirens manually. I just today actually finished up with my clean reinstall of GTA LSPDFR, and i had this exact same problem before i did the reinstall as well. So it's definitely not related to that. Another side question for ELS but isn't the main focus of this thread is, why am i not able to unbind R (Manual siren) from ELS? I've went into the ELS Ini and unbinded pretty much everything in there (I use pretty much exclusively controller for driving) and it still has the manual tone siren even though it's not binded to anything, is there another keybind i am missing?
