Hello,

 

I'm working on my first car mod, and finally have the right lightbar (I believe) the only 'bump' with it, is that two of the lights I'd like to be set to primary, and no secondary. (IE I'd like the entire lightbar to come alive when I press 'J') any idea how to make these two lights and change them to secondaries?

I've got two H2G grill lights from EVI I'm using, and for some reason I can't get them to stop burning a steady blue.. even when I turn on ELS they remain steady blue.

Visi, just change the secondary (7,8,9) extras change to 1 and 4 if you want them to wigwag, also the grill lights are named ELS_ just change the ELS_ to extra_

okay so for the secondary extras, I already have extra 1-8.. can I have  doubles of the extra?

 

as for ELS, do I change the overal name to ELS or misc_  with the two things being els_ ? (hope that makes sense)

Use the attach tool to attach the extras so you have a main extra. That will solve the problem on duplicate extras

In the modify section, there is a tab that says Attach. click that. Ensure that the extras are all unlinked from the vehicle model. Next click on extra_8_L0, using the attach tool, them move to extra_4_L0. This will link the extra 8 to extra 4 so that it reduces the number of duplicate extra which hinders the export of you model.

do you do the same thing for the light bar itself or is there a different way to do it cuz im tring to make me a car from the dev. section using cvpi car
