Game crashing when opening

I installed a bunch of new eup files through OpenIV, and some new plugins. When I do this, I immediately crash upon the GTA client opening, it gets to about the lights flashing on the intro, then poof! I removed all plugins that were downloaded, and it did not fix it. How do I fix this?

    If renaming mods to _mods fixes the issue, the problem is the mods folder.

    You can either remove stuff you added one by one and test after each removal or you can completely restart your mods folder.
