My ELS plugin is not working properly, and I can't figure out why. The lights on emergency vehicles do not come on, only the taillight wig wags. If I go into vehicle settings and turn on the different components, the lights will come on but will only stay steady and not flash. 

 

The only change I made from when it was working was updating the Radio Realism plugin. 

 

I have tried reinstalling both ELS and the xml files for each of the cars and it still is not working. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

1. Press Ctrl+P. What happens?
2. If the above doesn't show up, ensure that you have AdvancedHook, the ELS files, and ScriptHookV.dll installed to main directory.
3. If you have the above, ensure that your VCF xml's are installed to ELS/pack_default.
4. If all else does not work, send the ScriptHookV.log and asiloader.log.

According to the log ELS has loaded. Have you tried pressing J to cycle the stages? Also screenshot where you have installed the XMLs.

Thank you guys for the suggestions.

After playing around with some settings, I was able to fix it by going to the ASI manager in OpenIV and uninstalling the ASI Loader/OpenIV.ASI/openCamera, then reinstalling all three and restarting my PC.
