Thank you guys for the suggestions. After playing around with some settings, I was able to fix it by going to the ASI manager in OpenIV and uninstalling the ASI Loader/OpenIV.ASI/openCamera, then reinstalling all three and restarting my PC.

The ELS menu comes up when I press Ctrl+P and the menu works but the actual lights do not. Here are the ScriptHookV.log and asiloader.log. Thanks for your help. asiloader.log ScriptHookV.log

My ELS plugin is not working properly, and I can't figure out why. The lights on emergency vehicles do not come on, only the taillight wig wags. If I go into vehicle settings and turn on the different components, the lights will come on but will only stay steady and not flash. The only change I made from when it was working was updating the Radio Realism plugin. I have tried reinstalling both ELS and the xml files for each of the cars and it still is not working. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
