LSPD First Respone.dll crash...

Featured Replies

Hello,

I just installed LSPDFR Mod for CLEAN copy of the game(which is recommended), and AGAIN after around 15-20 minutes of playing says "LSPD First Response.dll crashed"...

I really don't know what happening?? The first thing I thought might be the problem, does am I doing installation of mod wrong, but I watching a lot of videos how to do that, and follow people what they doing, and still says same error...The game starts normally, but after some time just plugin get crashed(not the whole game) without any other mods..

I am quite confused as to what is going on...

I've seen this specific crash twice recently on clean games, I wonder if it is an issue with LSPDFR itself. Do you know what you were trying to do when it happened?

In my last case, the plugin crashed when I was chasing a guy (vehicle pursuit) and after I caught him and handcuffed him, when I tried to grab his hand to lead him to my police car, the plugin crashed... It seems like the plugin crashes from time to time, maybe when trying to do more actions for a short time...I really don't know.

I played LSPDFR about a year ago and I had the same problem, and then I leave everything about LSPDFR, because I saw that I couldn't fix the error. Admittedly, I had a lot of mods in the game then, but I tried a lot of methods to fix it and watched other people (on youtube) and I can't fix the error at all...

I really want to play LSPDFR because the mod is awesome but it's a waste when I can't because my plugin crashes every now and then and I can't do anything about it...(Of course, I can type in console "ReloadAllPlugins, but it will crashed again soon).

I thought maybe it was down to the PC specs, but I have really decent PC even more than that...(Ryzen 5 5600x, RX 6700XT, 16GB RAM, SSD...etc.)

I really don't know, how people that recording/streaming LSPDFR on YouTube playing without ANY possible crashes..

1. Go into the lspdfr.ini and add/change the following to reflect below:
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Test again. If it still happens, screenshot everything in the Main Directory.
