OK SO WHEN I TRY TO PLAY LSPDFR I START OFF AS FRANKLIN AND NOT MY COP CHARCHTER AND THEN WHEN I TRY TO GO TO THE POLICE STATION IT GLICTHES UNDERGROUND AND I CANT GO ON DUTY 

I ALREADY TRIED TO UNITSTALL AND RE INSTTAL ITS NOT MY PLUGINS BECAUSE I DONT DOWLANSD THEM PLEASE HELPPP
