Whenever I boot up the game, a ped is just standing on the roof of the car im sitting in. What may cause this?
I have StopThePed, RegularCallouts, UltimateBackup installed and menyoo installed.

and the second image shows an empty cop car which appear there and there for some reason

    I have all except Menyoo installed and don't have this issue.  So it's possible that plugin may be causing this issue?

    Yep, that will happens if the seat-position of a Ped is off by next-to-nothing. The reason is that sitting on a seat is  snap-to-position, so if its off, the Ped will snap to 'something'. In your case the roof
    The issue is a result of using a Partner-Ped for a DLC car
    Its either the Partners seat-position that is off or the seat in the DLC-car is off
    No simple solution.

    Do have any idea why cop cars sometimes spawn empty on the road tho?
