The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Help have ELS Installed but J does nothing cant get panel open either

When I get into my car with ELS it acts like it is installed but nothing works when i hit J i can get the horn  to work with E 

I put the ELS Folder in its place and nothing happens still i have had it work in the past but it is not work now
