Make a non els Vehicle use ELS

I downloaded a non els construction silverado and it uses non els lighting. I have also installed make non els vehicles into els notepad files and I have no problem using it with other vehicles. My problem is when I installed the silverado as an add on, it spawns in game but when I press the "J" key, only the headlight wigwags come on and the amber lights do not. I also placed the carcols, carvariations and handing files in the data section of the add on foler. I would greatly appreciate some help with this thank you.
