[Automatic Roadblocks] Searching for testers

Featured Replies

Hi

I'm the author of the Automatic Roadblocks plugin and I'm searching for some testers for one of the newer versions.

Last time I've published version 0.7+, it caused loading issues for a lot of people crashing the game while loading.

Until now, I'm unable to recreate this issue and I'm searching for some testers who are willing to test the newer versions and troubleshoot this issue together.

I've received some logs from the community in the past, but I was unable to determine the root cause of the issue.

I've already added a lot of bug fixes within the newer versions and new features which I'm currently unable to release due to the above mentioned issue.

Some features & bug fixes that have been added within the newer versions:

  • Added road/intersection closure functionality
  • Added additional animations to the manual roadblocks
  • Fixed spike strips deploying too late
  • Fixed some cleanup issues
  • Reduced radio scanner audio volume
  • ...

If you want to help, please leave a comment or DM me.

Hi @ChrisvC @Theflamingnuke

Sorry for the late response as I was with vacation the last weeks.

Yes I'm still looking for some testers for a newer version as I seems like it didn't work for a lot of people, but I'm unable to replicate the issue.

If you still want to participate, please let me know.

Kr,

yoep

Hi

You're using the latest version from LSPDFR, however a newer version on Github already exists called version 0.7.0.

I'll DM you with the latest Debug build and info of what to do.

The first crash seems to have been caused by LSPDFR itself during the loading phase as it seems that Automatic Roadblocks didn't even get a chance to load.

Second one seems to have indeed been fine, so you're also unable to replicate the model loading issue that was originally reported
