Computer seems really good , i guess you've did something wrong when installing.Try to repair the game , install update 1.0.0.7 and download the mod . Good luck.

Your specs are above the minimum and recommended.

What's your graphics card? You don't have it listed.

"Loads with some textures missing"; that can be the cause of your graphics card.

Also, make sure you installed LCPDFR correctly from the beginning.

canyourunit.com always says I can't run GTAIV or ARMAII or most other titles.  However, I run them at med to high settings with smooth gameplay, no problems.  Don't think that site is very accurate; not for me or any of my buddies.

Try GAME DEBATE. They seem to have an option where you can compare a PC's specs to the game you are thinking of installin WITHOUT actually downloading anything. It's all free, and you only need to sign-up if you wish to see more detailed stats, but it will explain and show right away if your processor, graphics card, and RAM amount can run the game.

Just type in the SEARCH section what game you are thinking of running; then just search through the results. You will come across a section that has a whole bunch of DROP DOWN LISTS. Select the correct spces of the laptop/desktop and you'll be able to see if your laptop/desktop can run the game.
