The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

How do i get my els brighter its looks so dull i have tried installing a brighter els mod and my graphics are maxed out and its still pretty dull, am i doing something wrong please comment thanks you?

    Make sure your PostFX and Shader Quality is set to at least High in your GTA V settings. In OpenIV, go to: mods > update > update.rpf > common > data. Right click and edit your visualsettings.dat. Then go to car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on and car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on. Then increase the values
