Solutions

  1. HyperVipes's post in Change Email was marked as the answer   
    trying to change the email on my account to a outlook/hotmail email but never received a confirmation email to validate the change ended up using icloud email, it went through 1.2.3 tried 2 diff outlook/hotmail email address.

    Not sure what going on with the email's.
