I am wanting to release a pack I put together, however there's a few things.

 

The textures that I made for vehicles I don't have permission to upload, will have a note document with the links

 

I also have some custom vehicles that were made for me that I was given permission to upload.

 

Do I upload it under models or textures on here? I would preferably like to keep it all together. I just want to make sure I do everything correctly.

If I understood correctly, your pack contains actual vehicle files for some cars and just textures for others.
In that case, I would upload it to vehicle models. Just list the cars that only come with a texture file, not the vehicle files in the description. If you want to be 100% contact any staff member about your inquiry.
