First time using LSPDFR and I tried to go on duty but if its first time you must select character in PD so I select one and when it loads out I get crash , LSPDFR crashed so  after that it says go on duty but when I click enter it says must select character to use LSPDFR so I am in loop I can not get on duty.

First off, have you created a character? Secondly, provide your log, please.

When I create it I get sent back to locket and instant LSPDFR crashes , then I am stuck , after that I am still off duty and I never can get on.

I've never heard anybody struggling with it in the very beginning. Drop your log in here, there may be a conflict with your .xml if it comes to an error at this stage.

Where can I find that? as well updates could help but I can not cause If I update gta then script hook v n shit wont work

It is in your root game folder. RPH text document. I really doubt it has something to do with .dlls that are going to be updated. If you ran it on to the latest, stable version, more probable is one of your .xml being broken.

I can not update anything cause if I download latest script hook v it says that does not support version , and same with rage etc

Well then just replace everything, including .xml files as soon as a new update comes out. Don't forget to make a backup of your old files if you edited them.
