Many times while I'm playing, I hear explosions in the middle of Los Santos, until the day I discovered that the cause is this bunch of cars that always spawn in this same place, even if I'm far away.

 

I believe this is even one of the reasons for my game's FPS drops (From 45 FPS to 10 FPS).

Does it happen to anyone else? Is there any solution?

Could be a possible trainer like Menyoo perhaps?  Or Simple Trainer?   If you have one installed, you could try and look under options on Simple Trainer and make sure your Keybinds are disabled.  If it is Menyoo, I am unsure of the proper menu for that sorry.

It is rare therefore I thought it may've been an airplane crashing into the mountain yet seeing this thread and Benzo's comment that all cumulated started sowing seeds of uncertainty in my mind. He may be right about it being caused by Menyoo trainer, I'm going to check it out on my own as soon as ScriptHook update will be released.

When developing callouts that usually is the spawnpoint for me whenever I am spawning a vehicle in a broken coordinate or when no coordinate is found, it may even be the (0,0,0) coordinate for the map. Basically whatever you are using the spawn those vehicles is failing at spawning them at the desired coordinate and instead puts them there.

I really have no clue what's the matter with all the cars spawning there for you. I've never stumbled upon such strange bug. Have you tried removing your plugins list to check whether it still persists?

I think I will wait for the original poster to reply back.

Hello. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. No, I don't use any kind of trainer or anything like that.

Looks like it might be some Addon vehicle packs that you have installed.  From my guesstimate, it might be that boat that happens to get spawned in (for whatever reason) and it could be blocking traffic to the degree of your other addons crashing into it.  To be honest I am perplexed as I only see one officer on scene that could have been the driver.  No other officers around?  Always same spot? 

Possibly a callout is stimulating those types of vehicles to spawn at that location.  You could take all callouts out of your game and see if it keeps spawning there. That would be my advise and play for awhile.  If no cars spawn, then you would have your answer.  Install a callout pack one at a time until it happens again, that way you can narrow it down.

If you figure it out, let me know, I am curious.
