So, I've installed a bunch of different mods but before you ask! I have tried setting my mods folder to _mods and attempted to load the game 4-5 times to no avail. So, I don't think its my mods. Could potentially be my plugins but I'm not sure so I'll send a photo of my plugins incase any of you know if one of these plugins are broken.

I will also provide my rage plugin hook log if you guys could maybe see if anything is going wrong there since I can't understand it.

I get about a few minutes through this screen before it just crashes suddenly

It's a very sudden crash and it just closes the game out and nothing happens no crash report or anythin

Do you have a scripts folder?
If you do rename it to _scripts and try launch again. 

 

If still not working remove any ScriptHookVDotNet files from your main game folder.

I have just found out it does this when I load story mode aswell!!!

No, I do not

I also don't have script hook v dot net

try to deactivate all AV on your machine. (win defender etc) and make sure to checkmark all GTA5 entries in your firewall

There is absolutey no need to tell people to disable their antivirus.
antivirus's exclusions lists exist for a reason

1. If you disabled your antivirus - reenable it 
2. For now keep your mods folder named _mods
3. Do you have a vfs.dll file?
If you do rename the vfs.dll file to _vfs.dll and try launch your regular game.

4. If you don't (or its still not working) upload your asiloader.log and els.log from your main game folder.

I have done this but earlier I just decided to re-install my rockstar social games club and now I can't even download that, nor can I find a fix for it on the internet .-.

I'm confused have you been getting this error the whole time and just decided to not mention it?
Uninstall the social club/rockstar games launcher restart your computer.
redownload and reinstall the rockstar games launcher
