LSPDFR crashing after adding new backup unit to UB

I tried adding a custom backup unit to UB, but for some reason it causes LSPDFR to crash when going on-duty. Removing said unit fixes the problem. I've run it through an XML Vaidator and everything seems fine. I've provided my RPH.log and a picture of the way I have the unit set up in CustomRegions.xml.

Looks like you added a zone twice in the config files. Make sure to only use zones in one custom region.

So does this mean I cannot have 2 agencies in the same area (i.e. LSPD and LSSD both having the <Zone>Davis</Zone> tag)?

I think not. Try removing the potential issue-causing zones and see if you crash.
