LSPDFR keeps crashing when I go on duty, and I can't figure out why?

Here is the log. This has been happening for a while now, and I can't get any info on why, or how to fix it. If somebody could please help me, that would be awesome.

I also have Stop the Ped, Ultimate Backup, and Compulite installed too, but that doesn't seem to be the problem here.

Rename mods to _mods and give it another go.

You need to update LSPDFR.
