The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I made a fresh LSPDFR instance after the title update but now my ELS fails to load.

EDIT: Reinstalled ELS the second time and now it works.
