Subtitles not showing up after some time

Featured Replies

I'm losing my mind at this. At some certain point in playing LSPDFR (I'll get back to this later in this text) the bottom subtitles just disappear. So e.g. I'm talking to a suspect and out of nowhere the subtitles no longer show up. I've tried

  1. Removing all Callout Plugins (leaving LSPDFR, CompuLite, StopThePed and UltimateBackup)
  2. Reverting all StopThePed settings to default (I've only changed StopThePed stuff)

Yes, "Phone Notifications" (along with all other types of notifications) are enabled.

The weird thing is, that I now have the exact same plugins installed as back when everything worked fine. This just makes absolutely no sense to me. Yesterday all subtitles worked fine but now they just stop working after showing like 5 subtitles.

(Don't get confused because of the "YobbinCallouts"-Plugin, I added this to have something that displays subtitles. Tried the same thing with about 5 different callout packs, even with the ones that worked yesterday)

Please, for the love of god, someone have a solution for this.

So I tried to reinstall LSPDFR but nothing changed

does this do this on vanilla lspdfr (ie: no mods at all [no eup, no carmods, exc]  just lspdfr and a callout with subtitles)

i would try to just run lspdfr with no mods and at least 1 callout that has subtitles to see if its something with lspdfr or some mod you installed

that might mean you have to reinstall gta 5 and then lspdfr , but it will be a good way to see if something is conflicting

Alright everyone, it seems like Menyoo Mod Menu was the villain this time. After removing it subtitles are working fine again. Thanks everyone for your help.
