Characters do not respond to pressing the shift key

Cars are added to the game as sheriff3 sheriff4 pranger2, registered in handling files, etc.
In the garage you can choose them, you can install components, you can improve, you can too.
But for some reason, citizens ignore the shift stop, this only happens with these added cars with the standard names sheriff and sheriff2 police police2, etc. everything works.
There is not even the sound of a flasher about stopping the movement on the shift, just a red dot appears on the map.

The key is normal, everything works on the standard police
police2 police3, but not on the cars that were added no .

It seems to me that after adding new cars to the garage, the bots on the car do not know that they are stopped by a police car, they think that this is an ordinary civilian one.

What I think you need to do is add the emergency vehicle flag to the cars. This is because sheriff3 > are not official cars - they are custom.

I added flags, unfortunately nothing has changed, the NPCs continue to ignore me and see me as an ordinary civilian car, they don’t even yield when the siren is on.

Hmm, that's unusual. Are you positive they've been added to the right car and are all spelled correctly? I have a limited knowledge of flags and issues alike this so I'm unfortunately not sure.

im not sure if the website did this or its like this in your file, but the line that says <flags> looks like its on 2 lines, it should be 1 line like this

These flags did not help either, I already set the original flags from the sheriff2 did not help either.
Probably it's not about the flags, you need to do something so that the bots see the car not as a civilian, but as a police one.

Probably figured it out by now, but if you didn't... Did you make sure it was not listed as a vehicle and was listed as a helicopter name, such as "polmav", not police 1-4, sheriff 1-2, etc? Happened to me before.
