  1. GTA crashes once I enter story mode

    JMScout posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    Once I select story mode, and attempt to enter story mode, GTA will freeze (on the initialization screen), then crash. In addition, when I was able to get into story mode, it would crash upon LSPDFR/RPH starting. I've reviewed the files with additional eyes and there seems to be nothing apparently causing the game to crash. I've done other troubleshooting regarding renaming the mods folder, re-installing LSPDFR/RPH, etcetera, and nothing has changed or resolved the situation.

    Probably figured it out by now, but if you didn't... Did you make sure it was not listed as a vehicle and was listed as a helicopter name, such as "polmav", not police 1-4, sheriff 1-2, etc? Happened to me before.
