RAGEPluginHook perpetually not launching and blocked

Featured Replies

My RAGEPluginHook is not launching when I click on the executable. It shows up in Task Manager for a few seconds, and is then suspended by Windows, or is terminated, or crashes, I am not entirely sure.
I have tried:

  • Turning off real time protection (I don't have any external antivirus)
  • Adding GTAV folder to defender exclusions
  • Turning off Geforce Overlay and Xbox Game Bar
  • Reinstalling LSPDFR
  • Running RPH as admin
  • Changing permissions for the whole GTAV folder

The only time where it can load sometimes is offline, but GTAV is blocked from loading as it cannot verify game ownership. (also GTAV crashes when loading from RPH normally because I have NVE; I usually launch GTAV and then RPH when the game is launching.)
The last time it worked was last night, I was loading into GTAV with RPH and then my internet cut out due to an outage.

Can't send log file, as I can't load the damn program.
ScriptHookV is up to date as well as RPH itself.

RivaTuner is not installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
