Hey dear LSPDFR community,
I have a question if I have a social club account and I got GTA on Epic Games, can I also buy it for Steam and then play it in the Epic Moden version and then play it normally on Steam? Would it work?

That works. However, you don't even need to buy two separate copies. You can have multiple installations from the same launcher as well. Here's a video guide on how to do that: HOW TO USE MULTIPLE GTA5 GAME FOLDERS (GTAV MODDING TUTORIAL) - YouTube.
