Hello, a question because I am new to lcpdfr mods.  with the stop of the mod ped I found a grenade and a rifle on a person.

 what should i do next?

You can use StopThePeds weapon check system to see if the rifle has a serial number. You can do so by going to your cars trunk and opening the context menu (default G). Select the weapon serial check option and wait for a result. 
 

Other than that, arrest them.
