The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I try to Launch the Ragepluginhook from my GTA folder my PC App Store keeps popping up and I can’t launch it with it popping up any idea or suggestions on how I can make this go away? I own the GTA game through steam and every way I try it still comes up.

Is this 'app store'

The issue ought to be fixed, if you use Task-manager and kill the app before you launch RPHook. After you have done that open the pane Start-menu, and remove the pesty 'App from the start menu. That should prevent the app to launch as you open your pc.
