I tried to play LSPDFR again after a few years.

Every time I try to launch it tells me that I have bad anti-virus or slow system.

When you get the anti-virus error, you need to add RPHook to the list of trusted apps.
How to do that varies from virus-scanners, so you need to either read the documentation , or ask in a forum, for your scanner.
What virus-software do you have installed?
Maybe someone right here knows what to do with that.

                                           

Add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. If you aren't sure how to do that, Google "how to add a folder to the exceptions list for [insert your anti-virus name here]".

Once that is done, re-install the manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Try again.
