Modifying weapon fire rate and fire mode

Featured Replies

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone would know if/how I can modify the firerate and firemode of a weapon? I'm trying to slightly increase the firerate of the Combat Pistol, and disable to auto-fire and occurs when holding down the shoot button. Thanks!

You'll have to edit weapons.meta and weaponsanmations.meta. Unfortunately I don't know which values you'd have to change but you can probably find out by just looking at the meta files. Otherwise take a look at a mod like the one linked below and see how they did it.
