If it is a fresh install you need a better graphics card 

i have a 2 gb graphic card

A 2gb card is good enough, do you have any mods installed?

Then imo the best thing to do is uninstall the mods and reinstall them one by one to see wich one causes the problem

i changed all the cars i have lcpdfr trailer mod and  trainer it will take forever to put it all back on proplery

If you changed all the cars in the game, they're the problem... (unless they're low poly, I think)

high polly cars and trafficflow are the problem i kmow cvpi's could be the proble as they are verry high in polly i only instal round 4 cars and that keeps the textures from disipearing
