So I'm trying to figure out what the line in vehiclesettings.dat for the takedown I tone down the lightbar but the light is bright itself. Can I get numbers and where to find it to make it look more realistic also I found the light bar location which is default emissive but what number should I set it to and where is the takedowns lights itself located  

Are you using ELS? If so, you can adapt the brightness of the takedowns in its .ini file. 

I rather edit it in the visualsettings.dat
