Anyways, no, Rick. LCPD:FR is a modification for GTA IV, and is not a standalone game. Luckily, GTA IV is not $60, but more of $10-$20, if you don't have it.

I mean if you want to know the way to the City u don't hop out of the Car and SCREM to someone "HEY WHERE's THE CITY" xD
