Anyways, no, Rick. LCPD:FR is a modification for GTA IV, and is not a standalone game. Luckily, GTA IV is not $60, but more of $10-$20, if you don't have it.

LCPDFR is a third party modification for Grand Theft Auto IV, you need GTA IV in order to play LCPDFR.
