The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Right guys so I downloads lspdfr,  and everytime I got to open it up with the plugin it goes through all of the screens but at the final load screen it never comes on, just a black screen with the loading symbol in the bottom right for ages and never loads lspdfr, Anyone help??
