ok guys,I have a 2 different issues ive been having for awhile now,the first is random cop cars and occasionally the generic character spawning randomly.the only thing ive found when researching about the issue is rich's police enhancement is causing it.I have had that installed before,but no longer do.I have no idea how to get it to stop.Issue 2 is that when i load the game its a 50/50 chance that it will do the infinite loading screen.When it does that,I just exit out and restart and the game might load normally and it might not.If anyone could provide insight or help,it would be greatly appreciated.I have provided my latest log,thnks

You might want to get rid of these. See if that fixes it. 

 

As for the infinite loading screen, do you have a mods folder? That might be interacting with it.

Ok thanks,I will try that,and yes I do have a mods folder,but I have no idea what might be causing it in there,should I post a screenshot of what's in the mods folder,maybe?

Depends on the type of mods, often I had issues with my game when I had installed badly optimised or outdated car models, so if you have stuff like that it could affect it, hard to say. 

 

Let us know if removing the stuff above helps at all as well. 

so i deleted those things,and its still spawning the cop cars.

Can you try disabling the mods folder and then seeing if it works? (To disable just rename the mods folder to anything else like ''_mods'') 

I havent tried it yet,it does it as soon as i go on duty and spawn a cop car,they just start randomly spawning everywhere.

Best thing to do is renaming the mods folder as it could be a mod that is messing with it.

Allow me to jump in here. I just want to know if you are using Menyoo? A PC trainer for GTA 5. Sometimes it could cause the exact issue you are describing above.

Yes I am using menyoo,I renamed the menyoostuff folder,and it still did it,am I doing it correctly to disable menyoo?

ok,i deleted all of menyoo,and that turned out to be the problem.Thanks so much for yalls help.
