What about a tab on the same line as Comments and Reviews called "Bug Reports", where people can report a bug, making it easier for the developer to find bugs.

I am not sure what could be different from the comments, It would just make it easier for the developer to correct a bug.

Mby like a thread system, so people could up or downvote, since bugs can be caused by user mistakes.

Would be nice to see like a drop down menu where people can select a general bug type and then describe their issue further. And in selecting that, the bug type would then where the Author tag normally is to easily tell what kind it will be. 

Getting people to actually select it or even use the tab would be difficult, as people tend not to read. My solution, at least for selecting the drop down, is to make it a requirement to select before posting.
