Can you help me? all of a sudden my city is out of npcs and cars. It is totally empty and I don't know what to do. I was installing several addons like computelife, stop the ped and some more, suddenly no one appears in the city.

You should
* disable all your addons

* Update your GTA !UNLESS you have a retail!
Test.
If your AI object-populating looks normal, start adding RAGE-PH, latest Edd.
Test
Then add the most needed addons, one by one and
Test for each

Then you should be able to find the plugin that causing the issue.
Also smarter peeps than me, would like to see your RAGE-PH-log

Add that to your post.

Also make sure that your population settings in-game are turned to medium.

I solved it, it was silly. I have co-op mode installed and when entering a city I was without np, I just had to activate them again hahahahahaha. Thanks for your reply.

Taking advantage of this thread, do you know of any modifications to make police officers drive more realistically?

I just use UltimateBackup so not really.

If you are referring to vehicle pursuit, TrafficPolicer by Albo1125 has a feature that allows you to change AI officers driving behaviour. Although that plugin is outdated.
