The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

A MOD or an Edit to improve car crash realism ?

I wonder if there is a way to make a modification for the impact physics, that would render cars undrivable after crashes in more realistic fashion. I dont like the unrealistic sturdy car-physics in GTA. Two cars colliding frontally, should not be able to drive any further. They are wrecked!

I know that there cant be better visual damage, of cause not -There are no textures for that, but a setting where some parameter could be changed that would make the vehicle unable to move.
I have modded vehicles in other games where there has been .con files with material-data making the vehicles strength mod-able. It is that kind of parameter i am looking for, some multiplier-value for damages in general, or a MOD that addresses this.
Is there anything like that?

Have you tried this? There is an option for "Increased Vehicle Deformation" and it should also make the cars much more fragile:
