The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Have RPH set to not load on startup. LSPDFR crashes on load, then game crashes. No "Rage Plugin Hook has crashed" screen. Attaching log file anyway just in case it helps.

Edit: tried .2699 gameconfig.xml didn't immediately crash while still in RPH Console. when I Closed the console, it crashed game.

    even though game ran smooth prior to reinstalling LSPDFR? got around 200 modded cars in so i wouldn't be surprised. Using Albo's Modding tool
