Hiya guys need some help again, after playing the game for about 15 minutes the only cars that spawn are taxi's is there anyway to fix this.

My school's web filter is so strict its classed things related to my lesson as pornography / Humor / Jokes & Fun etc..

So glad I've got a few day's left of that hellhole before I take on the real world.
