Which of these plug-ins can heavily load the game? Even in places where there is little traffic, the fps is quite low - 45 frames. This has never happened before.

Traffic Policer is outdated & therefore I'd advise its removal.

You should consider when this lag appears. Is it at a certain location? Is it when you accept specific callouts? These will help you figure out whether something is slowing GTAV down.

This happens some time after I register "Force Duty" in the console, after a small freeze that lasts about 2-3 seconds. (Note that immediately after I prescribe this, no problems occur. 60 fps is stable, and only after that freeze there is that problem with lowering fps at times). I will try to do different manipulations with my plugins.

if you still have this problem then thats because after you use the ForceDuty command, then you load LSPDFR and everything is getting loaded so thats why

100% normal, and actually expected. The game engine need to swap several 3D-model meshes, and texture them, that will would cause a 'slip' in game-flow, because it is not done in a separate thread. Afair there is a similar slip if you change from Trevor to Micheal in base-game
