Rockstar Launcher Loading then Quitting

Featured Replies

Whenever I go to start my game in RPH it will load like normal then when I get to the rockstar games launcher it will say it's loading and then it just says quitting without ever loading the game. I haven't added any files or messed with anything since the last time it worked so I don't know what's happening. I have gtav on the epic games launcher if that makes a difference.

And even regular GTAV won't load.

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods
Then try start your regular game again.

That works, thanks for the help!

if renaming your mods folder stopped your problem that means unfortunately something in your mods folder is causing your issue.
Either a mod you installed or a file you edited. If you can remember what you installed or edited most recently then you can try and remove it or restore the vanilla version.
Otherwise I'm afraid you're gonna have to restart your mods folder, as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue.
The only other thing it could be is if you recently installed a large amount of addon cars you may need to install a custom game config and heapadjuster.
