The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I install ELS only the rear taillights are flashing.

 

I have the proper .xml file installed and I have tested this with multiple vehicles so I know that it isn't the vehicle file itself. I am not sure what the problem is and I am wondering if anyone else knows what to do. I have been doing this for a while now and I have never had any issue with ELS before so if someone could help that would be great. Thank you very much!

    try In OpenIV, click tools>ASI Manager
    uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI (the top 2 options)
    restart your PC then In OpenIV, click tools>ASI Manager
    Install ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI (the top 2 options)
