The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

There is nothing in your post.
If you are asking about ScriptHookV it is not updated and it is not possible to use with the current version of GTA. Please remove the scripthookv.dll file from your main game directory and wait for it to update.
